First Start
1. Connecting to the Built-in Access Point
On first power-up (or after a network settings reset), the device creates its own WiFi network:
- SSID:
scalior-slc-XXXXXX(last characters are a unique MAC-based suffix) - Password:
printed in the manual - IP address:
192.168.10.1
After connecting to the network, the configuration web interface will open automatically. If it does not, open 192.168.10.1 in your browser.
2. Connecting to Your Home WiFi Network
- In the web interface, go to Network → Wi-Fi.
- In the Available Networks block, find your home network. If your network is not listed, make sure it is active and restart the controller (Settings → System & Update → Restart Controller).
- Select your network and enter the password.
- Click Save.
- After connecting, the controller's IP address on the home network will appear on the page.
Tip: Assign a static IP to the device in your router settings so the address does not change.
3. Initial Configuration
After accessing the web interface, go to Settings and configure the basic parameters:
General Parameters
| Parameter | Description |

| Number of Flights | 1–4. One flight is one directional staircase section, triggered by sensors independently of other flights |
| Number of Steps | Total number of LED steps (1–96) |
Parameters per Flight
For each flight (Flight 1 – Flight 4) specify:

| Name | Custom name displayed in the interface |
| Steps | Which steps belong to this flight (assigned in the LED Terminals section) |
| Top / Bottom Sensors | Which sensors (A–H) trigger ignition from top/bottom |
After configuring, click Apply (appears when there are unsaved changes).
4. Factory Reset
If the device is unreachable or you need to start fresh:

| Reset Lighting Settings | Returns animation parameters to factory defaults |
| Full Reset | Removes all settings |
